Robert J. Dudzinski, Pharm. D., Chief Executive Officer, Board Member, Co-Founder

Dr. Dudzinski has extensive experience in pharmacy benefit management, mail order, homecare, management information systems and related industries spanning a twenty year period. Prior to founding Specialty Pharmacy Network, Inc. in 2004, Dr. Dudzinski was the President of RJD & Associates, Inc., a healthcare consulting company that specialized in advising senior healthcare management in operational and financial improvements. Dr. Dudzinski served as President and CEO of two of the companies as well as consulting on a number of other projects. Prior to his work with RJD & Associates, Dr. Dudzinski was the Executive Vice President of Sales at Ancillary Care Management, a technology company providing management services for the ancillary care industry. Previously, Dr. Dudzinski owned, operated and arranged the eventual acquisition of two companies, NPS, a Nebraska-based Mail Order Pharmacy company and MMS, a Prescription Benefits Management company.

Matthew Johnson, Board Member, Co-Founder

Mr. Johnson has provided strategic and financial oversight to SPN since co-founding the Company with Dr. Dudzinski in 2004. Mr. Johnson is a founding Principal of Gemini Partners, Inc., a boutique investment bank headquartered in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Johnson has over fifteen years of investment banking and executive operational experience in the healthcare and technology arenas. Prior to founding Gemini Partners, Mr. Johnson served as Chief Financial Officer for Ancillary Care Management, where he oversaw the financial operation of the company along with multiple rounds of venture capital financing. Mr. Johnson worked previously in investment banking for Prudential Securities and Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. He has financed and strategically advised a number of small and middle market companies across a wide array of industries. Mr. Johnson holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) candidate.

Matthew Huck, Chief Information Officer

Mr. Huck has over twenty years of experience in developing, designing and maintaining computer systems for the drug medical spend. Throughout his career, Mr. Huck has been involved with computer systems for the retail and mail-order pharmacy industry under the pharmacy benefit, and specialty drug, IV, DME, RT billed under the major medical benefit. Mr. Huck served as Chief Enterprise Architect and Chief Information Officer for Ancillary Care Management, a technology company that provides authorization and claims management tools for ancillary services, from 1999 to 2006. Previously, Mr. Huck managed the IT department from 1992 through 1999 for Coram Prescription Services, where he developed systems that covered the pharmacy benefit programs for multiple healthcare plans and oversaw the implementation of a computer system developed to link remote pharmacies. Prior to joining Coram, Mr. Huck served as the Chief Architect for the information and claims processing system for a national prescription benefits management company. Mr. Huck received a B.S. from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
